New trim work, beam wraps and corbels were added throughout the home.This extensive whole house renovation included swapping the location of the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen's exterior footprint and window area was enlarged to enhance natural light and water views.Walls were removed in the main stairway to increase light penetration and a custom banister fabricated from steel, maple and ebonized walnut was installed. The master bedroom suite now includes a master bath area lined with limestone and teak veneer panels and cabinetry.
