Steve Fradkin has been in the construction industry since graduating from Stanford University in 1981 and is involved in the day to day construction of projects.

The company is a “Built Green” builder and a member of the Northwest Eco-Building Guild.

Two of our projects have won AIA Homes of the Month Awards (January 1996 and November 1999). Our work has been featured in Pacific Magazine, Better Homes and Gardens and the Seattle Times.
